Grease-Trap Accessories & Access Components product example for commercial kitchen planning
Product guidance

Compatible fittings, covers and maintenance-access items.

Accessories affect whether a grease-management installation can be connected, protected, opened and maintained safely. Components must be matched to the selected model, pipework, loading conditions, environment and future service route.

  • Product-only or supply-and-install quotation
  • Dimensions and capacity confirmed before approval
  • Connection and access responsibilities defined
  • Cleaning and aftercare route considered
Selection framework

Compare the product against the site—not only the catalogue name.

The quotation should identify the selected model, source documents, responsibilities, exclusions and acceptance checks.

Typical components

Typical components

Access covers, baskets, seals, connectors, reducers, supports, chambers, vents, sampling points and protective enclosures.

Compatibility checks

Compatibility checks

Model dimensions, material, connection size, gasket type, cover loading, chemical exposure and manufacturer requirements.

Installation scope

Installation scope

Accessory supply does not automatically include core drilling, civil work, drainage modification, fabrication or replacement of incompatible pipework.

Maintenance planning

Maintenance planning

Choose covers and access arrangements that technicians can open safely while preserving hygiene, traffic control and property protection.

Quotation checklist

Information required before a model can be confirmed.

1

Kitchen demand

List sinks, equipment, operating hours, cuisine type and expected wastewater or grease load.

2

Available space

Provide dimensions, photographs, access route and indoor or outdoor installation location.

3

Drainage details

Share pipe sizes, inlet and outlet levels, connection condition and any known approval requirements.

4

Service route

Confirm who will clean the unit, how it will be opened and how waste will be removed safely.

Commercial control

A product quotation should not hide installation dependencies.

Product supply, plumbing, supports, civil work, access covers, electrical controls, testing, documentation and maintenance are separate responsibilities unless the quotation combines them explicitly.

Photos are useful but usually not enough. Fixture demand, dimensions, pipe levels, operating volume, access and manufacturer data may also be required.
Only when listed in the quotation. Pipe alterations, supports, excavation, chambers, electrical controls, approvals and specialist work can be separate.
Allow safe clearance to open covers, remove baskets or baffles, clean internal surfaces and remove waste without contaminating food or blocking operations.
Product quotation

Confirm the model, site responsibilities and maintenance route in writing.

Send kitchen demand, dimensions, connection photos and preferred supply or installation scope.
