Quotation basis
Quotations are based on the information, inspection and scope available at the time. Estimates should be clearly distinguished from fixed quotations.
Validity and acceptance
Each issued quotation states its validity period, acceptance method and any required deposit or approval.
Scope changes
Additional defects, inaccessible conditions or customer-requested changes may require a revised quotation.
Exclusions
Exclusions, assumptions, customer responsibilities and third-party work should be stated clearly.
Scheduling after approval
Quotation acceptance does not create an appointment until timing and access are confirmed.
